1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tech Designer website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase or subscribe to our services. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@techdesigner.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Products & Licensing
- Software products: Sold under a single-domain or multi-domain license as specified per product. Source code may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed.
- APIs: Used under a per-month subscription with rate limits and fair-use policies. Misuse may result in suspension.
- Ebooks: Personal-use only. May not be uploaded to public file-sharing platforms.
- Courses: Single-user lifetime access. May not be shared or rebroadcast.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Payment is collected via bKash, SSLCommerz, or any other displayed gateway at the time of checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successful.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly to your account dashboard after payment. Custom development engagements are delivered per the agreed timeline in a separate Statement of Work.

8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except where permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your purchase to a third party
- Use our APIs to send spam or violate any third-party terms
- Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt our infrastructure
- Misrepresent the source of any content you upload
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — software, code, designs, text, images, video — is owned by Tech Designer or our licensors and protected by Bangladesh and international copyright laws. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership.
10. Support & Updates
Most products include free lifetime updates. Email/chat support is available during our working hours (see contact page). Premium support tiers are available on request.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement of your business. Always test in a staging environment before deploying to production.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Designer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@techdesigner.net.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
