Our Commitment

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are issued on a conditional basis as outlined below.

1. Eligible for Refund

  • Product not as described: The product is materially different from what was advertised.
  • Critical defects: A bug or issue that prevents the product from working as intended, and that we cannot resolve within 14 days of being reported.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchase: You bought the same product twice or were double-charged. Refund issued within 7 days.
  • Service not delivered: A custom development engagement that has not started will receive a full refund minus a small admin fee.

2. Not Eligible for Refund

  • "I changed my mind" after the product has been downloaded or activated
  • Failure to read product description, demo, or system requirements before purchase
  • Lack of skill to install or operate the product (we provide installation help; reach out before requesting a refund)
  • Custom development work that has already been delivered and approved
  • API subscriptions after usage in the billing period has exceeded 20% of the monthly quota

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@techdesigner.net within 14 days of purchase with:
    • Your order number (e.g. TD-XXXXXXXX)
    • Reason for the refund
    • For defects: screenshots, error messages, or steps to reproduce
  2. Our team responds within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

For subscription products, partial refunds may be offered prorated for the unused portion of the billing period.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in your account being suspended pending review.

6. Refund Method

  • bKash payment: refunded to the original bKash number within 5–7 business days
  • Card / SSLCommerz: refunded to the original card within 7–10 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit)
  • Bank transfer: refunded to the originating account on request
